London Major Works

The activities of the London Major Works Business Unit are focused in an area that extends south to the Thames and north to the M25 but strategic long-term relationships with customers mean that repeat business can take them further afield

The team’s activities are focused on technically demanding new construction and structural refurbishment schemes through which they have generated a reputation for technical expertise, quality and reliability and also for the personal attention they give to customers.   

Schemes are procured under traditional, two-stage and PFI arrangements and are predominantly design and build.  

Traditional sectors for the London Major Works team are health, education, affordable housing and commercial schemes.
