Mansell Partnership Housing South East is an established business unit delivering property services to the London area through Decent Homes improvement works, regeneration schemes and construction of new homes.

Working predominantly with Local Authorities, ALMOs, Housing Associations and their residents our process is firmly based on a strong service-led culture.  

Many projects are delivered across inner-city sites with residents in-situ requiring an approach which is based as much on planning and communication skills as construction expertise. Key to this process are our experienced Resident Liaison personnel, who are dedicated to meeting the needs of residents and interacting with the surrounding community.  

Our approach ensures our team works with all stakeholders and the communities themselves delivering successful schemes that maximise customer satisfaction.
