London Special Projects

The London Special Projects team covers London area and areas beyond, with specific customers where long-term relationships exist.

They have an established expertise in heritage work and high-class restoration and structural refurbishment.  At the Palace of Westminster, regular complex work with demanding timeframes is executed without disrupting parliamentary activity.  

Higher and further education is another key area of activity with projects including student accommodation for universities and colleges, laboratories, research and teaching facilities.  

They also have a strong focus on fitting-out (banks and commercial offices), cultural arts centres and theatre projects with a separate transport division working on rail, underground and bus stations.  

The team is experienced in all forms of contract including design and build, with extensive experience in overcoming the challenges of working in the capital -such as difficult access, congestion and party walls.

Their success is through collaboration and a committed supply chain with close attention to logistics.
