The South East Specialised Works team undertake a wide variety of works in differing sectors including health, heritage, education, fit-out and small works.

This ability to adapt across these specialist sectors reflects the diversity of skills within our own team and also our supply chain.  

Our culture is to delight our customers and secure repeat business.  This approach has been instrumental in our growth and especially in our involvement in framework agreements with customers such as BT, the BBC, the Metropolitan Police and Great Ormond Street Hospital.  

Project sizes vary between £100k and £10m with a dominance within the refurbishment markets and new build schemes across a range of procurement routes.
 
Our office location in central London allows us to cover the whole of the capital.
