Mansell Partnership Housing South has a long and successful track record in affordable housing, with an experienced team able to deliver innovative new-build housing solutions on projects ranging from large scale estate regeneration and complex brownfield sites, to small rural exception sites.

We also offer land finding and site assembly skills to support joint ventures with our clients, together with the ability to share open market sales risk on sustainable mixed tenure developments.
