Mansell has a nationwide track record in successful delivery of primary care projects such as health centres, GP surgeries, care homes and mental health facilities.

We work in close collaboration with clients ensuring that the needs of both health professionals and the community are met cohesively.  Often now this is by creating inspiring environments where different services can operate on an integrated basis, a good example of this being the Healthy Living Centre at Thetford.  

With this wealth of experience in delivering health solutions to the community, this is an area where Mansell can truly add value to a project, inputting into design and advising on buildability to ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of a quality, user-friendly facility that provides the right healing environment.  

Many of these projects are now procured through the ProCure21 initiative and LIFT programmes and we also work with Prime and other third party developers.
